FM5 Accelerator Program

Our accelerator programs are for those who want to implement the Forward Motion Method effectively and powerfully. The focus of the program is to apply the BEST coaching practices with guidance from world-class mentors and experienced athletes.

Environment dictates performance, we accept 10 students into each program and we've crafted conditions that ACCELERATE learning, fast and effective results. Once you have been through the accelerator program you will have all of the SKILLS and DRILLS necessary to progress your performance and refine your position.

The FM5 Accelerator program is taken as 2 separate 4 week modules. The modules must be comleted in order and riders can choose to do one or both modules.

 

DECOMPRESSION AND ANCHORING THE CORE

Duration: 4 weeks

Masterclasses: 2 per week (1 hour each) on Decompression, Anchoring and Breathing

Learn, progress and condition your skills and fitness in riding with a decompressed and anchored position for greater core strength and riding function. Ride with a longer, stronger lower back with an anchored pelvis, shoulders and arms. Reduce lower back and shoulder loads.

 

BOOK MODULE 1

 

PEDAL TECHNIQUE AND POWER TRANSFER

Duration: 4 weeks

Masterclasses: 2 per week (1 hour each) build on module 1 to work on the skills of pedal technique and power transfer.

Learn, progress and condition your skills and fitness in pedal technique optimisation and how to improve power transfer. Increase your cadence and pedal control, lower your joint stress in the knee, hip and ankle, reduce foot pressure and balance out muscle groups.
