Located in the heart of Sydney’s CBD, we make it easy to keep your bike performing smoothly, safely, and efficiently.
Check in service
When you drop off your bike, we’ll spend about 10–15 minutes together going over it. This quick Service Inspection lets us chat about what your bike needs, share recommendations, and agree on the work before we get started. Our minimum check-in service fee is $80.
Express Check-Ins
Short on time? We offer Express Check-Ins with other team members if you can’t stay for the full Service Inspection. Just keep in mind this may cause service delays, as we’ll need to call you later with our assessment and get your approval before starting work.
Technical Evaluations - Quotes
If our technician spots any issues that stop us from completing your service to our safety and performance standards, we’ll carry out a Technical Evaluation and prepare a quote for you. We won’t do any extra work until you’ve given the go-ahead. The minimum cost for a quote is $80.
