Jet Cycles deliver Australia-wide using trusted third-party transport companies and premium delivery services, ensuring bicycles, equipment, and accessories are handled with care.
Delivery Costs
Delivery costs are calculated during checkout. Any special requests must be mentioned at this time.
Click and Collect
We offer a Click and Collect service from our Sydney CBD Showroom at 80 Clarence St, Sydney. Collection hours are:
Monday 9am to 5:30pm
Tuesday 9am to 5:30pm
Wednesday 9am to 5:30pm
Thursday 10am to 6:00pm
Friday 9am to 5:30pm
Delivery Address Requirements:
A street address is required for delivery, as we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
If your delivery address changes, please inform us before dispatch by emailing info@jetcycles.com.au
A re-delivery fee may apply if the order is returned due to an incorrect address.
Extra Freight Costs
Jet Cycles reserves the right to request additional shipping charges for remote or rural areas or for large/heavy orders.
Small Items Dispatch & Delivery Times
Small items include easily packaged items such as apparel, parts, and accessories, excluding bulky items like bicycles, racks, and trainers.
Dispatch times are:
· Australia-wide: 1-3 business days from our Sydney CBD showroom.

We use various carriers, including Direct Freight and Australia Post. Tracking details will be sent via email or SMS once your order has been booked. Check your spam or junk mail before contacting our team, as estimated delivery dates may change.
Large Items Dispatch & Delivery Times
Bulky or sensitive items, such as bicycles, racks, and trainers, may take longer to ship:
· Sydney Metro: 3-5 business days dispatch.
· NSW/ACT/VIC/QLD/SA: 5-8 business days dispatch.
· WA/NT/TAS: For certain products, please contact our team for a personalised quote at

Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or text with tracking details and instructions. Check your spam or junk mail before contacting us. Lost or Damaged Goods Inspect your items upon delivery. If there is any damage, please contact us within 24 hours at info@jetcycles.com.au.
Shipping & Delivery Delays
Delays may occur during peak periods or due to weather, natural disasters, or carrier availability.
Showroom Pickup
If you opt for pickup and have been notified that your order is ready, you can collect it from 80 Clarence St, Sydney, NSW. Ensure you bring the appropriate vehicle, assistance if necessary, and your photo ID or a signed authorisation letter if someone else is picking up the order.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on orders over $200, excluding bicycles. Free shipping may automatically appear during checkout for eligible orders. Please note that free shipping is not available for bicycles.
